As a food company, we work very hard to ensure the chances of cross-contamination are minimised. To prevent this, we consciously limit the "open" allergens we handle on our sites, and work closely with our suppliers to ensure that cross-contamination risks are kept to an absolute minimum higher in the supply chain.
We have our own dedicated allergen handling (and spillage!) procedures to ensure that any accidents are dealt with promptly. This means we can remove any affected products before they get packed into our boxes. Our staff are all allergen trained to make sure proper allergen handling is followed.
Any products which contain an allergen will have it clearly displayed on the product itself. The only exception is on some of our stock cubes - but we're working on that.
We also clearly display any potential allergen risks on our app, website and our recipe card.
