You can check your order status by logging into your account. Under Your deliveries you can see your Upcoming deliveries. For each delivery you see the order date, menu status and when the next cut off is for making changes to your order.
You can change your delivery date at any point up until 12pm noon, 3 days before delivery.
After the cut-off has passed, the box order has been placed with our suppliers and is being packed and prepped to get to your table on time. After the cut-off, you can no longer change or cancel this order, but we will email you with your tracking details.
