Skipping means you’ll cancel an individual order, whereas cancelling your subscription cancels all empty future orders.

When you skip a box, you will only skip an individual delivery. Your regular subscription deliveries resume as usual after the skipped week has passed. 

When you cancel your subscription, all future orders yet will be removed.

Please be aware if you wish to skip a box or cancel your subscription you must do so before the cut off 12pm, midday 3 days before delivery or you will receive your upcoming box.

You can change your delivery date at any point up until 12pm noon, 3 days before delivery.
